Why won’t my delivery option work?

In order for the website to register your delivery correctly, you must have the Hayden Fresh Farm pickup site designated, even though you are ordering delivery. If you have a different option selected on the pickup screen. It will not register properly.

When exactly will my order be delivered?

The default option for delivery gives you a one day time frame. You will receive a text when your order is out for delivery.

Can I change the day my order will be delivered?

We offer deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You may choose from one of these days in your order notes if preferred. Otherwise, we will deliver on the day closest to your order.

What if none of those options work for me?

We also sell at the Community Ag Alliance, in Steamboat. They offer pre-orders and walk-in sales. Shop online at or stop in at 743 Oak St, Tuesday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
